Im not quite sure what you mean, lvl 20 is pretty straightforward riddles.

If an egg tells you to "tell it to peggy" or something in that vein, it means jpg. so write your answer but end it with a jpg prefix. this goes for alot of riddles.

I'm so frustrated. I googled EVERYTHING, for hours, but nothing fits. Is it possible I get different results on google.de then on google.com?
Any help is very appreciated on solving this case.

with what you got from the page ... maybe the man forgot to mention that he was bitten by something. Add that to your search.

And by the way: I always use google.com for riddling, not .de
