Well... definitely I will need a push onto 17... Tried lots of ideas and some others overthinkings but no one runned... Isn't it a bit clueless? Or I should be blind there...

If this hint doesn't works out. I really have to think hard for another not completely spoily hint.

It's bit evil from me to say, but I am actually glad this level isn't solved in one go. It was a huge hassle to make it work.
