You know, Adventure is by far the best to give clues in this riddle. I know this all too well since I had the fortune to get several from her I'll try my best to help though.

Look at the picture. What is it? And then use the hint. There is a place in here that you can use, you see

There is not really a s***** c*** like you are used to.

First noticed that the letters on the level don't look the same. It has a reason!
Find the page's text in the source, and think how the pic's hint could apply.

I know the gems are r*** and p****** and I know where the symbols come from and what they mean. Googling gives me the m***** the gems are related to. But I can't get the answer!

Good job getting 12 and 13! Especially 13 was rarely solved without my help. Well done!

I don't know what you mean with m*****. If you google all 4 names the subject should appear, and even the solution should show up. Maybe it helps to know that purple hell has a page about the subject?
