lines separating each part of the code

if so

use a decoder which uses only 2 types of characters

Well, you can decide to skip 29 and go to 30 directly.
But either way 29 isn't impossible hard, and maybe you find it easier than i.e. 19.

Thanks dear. I am certainly thinking about creating another riddle when I recovered from this one, and when I have gathered enough idea.

There are plenty of easy, boring riddle games out there. This one is different - challenging but rewarding. I know I am going to try and finish it.

Ahem, still struggling with the lines in 22. I thought it's maybe s****h*** but I guess it isn't. And what's the connection with the word?

I obviously miss something important since noone asked for a hint on this one...
Could someone give me a nudge in the right direction?
