I don't get it, I see a word that can be made using those letters, but the letters left over don't make any sense to me. Anagraming it comes back with a ton of entries.

no its catalan/castellano
its the language the speak in spain
the link the bottom of the picture is to the translator
and the link is broken and i fixed it
but it translated from catalan to
spanish into: d?nde va *naixer este arquitecto *catala
with the exception of naixer and catala which the translator does not understand it gives me this: where catala goes to naixer this architect

I wish this helped me more but I still dont get it.
Someone please put me out of my misery...
