I found writing the letters in the order they are in on the padlock was easier to use. Then just count the spaces just like you would in a caesar cipher if you were doing it by hand.

I have been using the Ceasar cipher, but it not making sense, even when I use the numbers clue in the source !! what am I doing wrong ?

It's not caeser cipher-there are forty letters, not 26. You'll have to do it by hand and write out the letters exactly as they are on the lock. An alternative method would be to print the picture and count them out that way.

Start at the N and move the number of spaces the code gives you, first right, then left, etc. Looping when you need to.
