I've followed the arrows and got something that made no sense whatsoever. Can anyone help, please?

OK - I've got the question now, but have no idea what the answer is, or indeed how to get it. I tried Google, but it brought nothing up. Any hints, please?

you need to find the next number in the sequence, apply the source clue, then anagram.
