once you figure out which blocks go up and which go down, enter them in alphabetical order, like aubdcu..... (u-up, d-down)
The arrow shows which way the first wheel turns (in bottom left), any wheel directly touching another will turn in the opposite direction, any attached with a belt will turn in the same direction.
