Have you checked the source code?

If so, use those numbers on the padlock as if you were opening it.

If you did it right, you should end up with something familiar (ie a letter) from a previous level...something you escaped from.

The source code will tell you which way to turn the dial..as it were. You start off at the top where the arrow is. (I think it's an arrow...)
