iv tryed that, and even tryed an online anagram solver, but nothing seems to work, i think the letters are upside down or something but iv tryed that and i cant get that answer, could u give me a hint plz?

You're on the right track! they are upside down. PM the letter you have and ill let you know where/if you lost your way.
