Sorry, I haven't play this riddle, but I found this hint for level 14.

its 3 letters its not a word the first letter is o and the last is t c if u can find the middle letter

thats not the right hint but thanks anyway i appreciate it but if anyone else is looking for the hint it is put a line under pit and take out what is under the line

I am sorry, my mistake. But isn't it about a bottomless pit or something?

If yes, I found some other hints:

I thought a bottomless y should have been v personally. There are only a couple letters a bottless pit could be. Think about it.

you have looked in the source code? is that the one about: y = u ??
if y = u, what looks familiar and what's different between those two letters? the u is bottomless, the y HAS got a bottom.. now do the same with 'pit'

Edit:

if you underlined pit, and erased everything under the line so that it was bottomles. What would you have?
