I honestly don't know what to make of the text. It looks like it has been altered. I think if that was what the original picture really said googling it would have come back with a website and a picture somewhere.

In that text in the upper hand corner there is some latin there. I found two words so far.

After reading more carefully that poem I sent you is where that line is from. Actually that is where the whole image is from. What to do now though.
