I found that one pretty hard, but again after you got it, it's clear, lol! I'm around for let's say 45 minutes. General hints: find out the connection between above table/chart and picture and then just decode and decode ;-)

What are you talking about GG? For one that post seems incredibly rude and for two doesn't seem to make sense. I know it's not Jethro Tull themselves it was one of their songs though. At least I know they are a band and not a person as most people think. You really do not want to tell me I need to learn more about any band because you don't know me and what I know. I was in no way referring to that aggravating sound bit you have on your riddle. Tull would never do anything that sounded that lame.
