Do we have to rearrange the sequence of the letters?

it depends which sequence of letters you mean mistery - there are two sequences which need decoded (one of which I can't see any relevance at all to the puzlle tho LOL) on top of the few hints to answers on the form....

I don't think I can go any further - they're getting harder and harder I think I know where to go with level 14, BUT if they get any harder, I'm going to go MAAAAAAD lol

Make a search without putting the words into quotation marks. It will show up on the first page of your google search. For me it's the 3rd choice I get on the first page. The solution is in the title.

Okay, I think I decoded the letter sequence in the source. Do I need to find the expressions for the pics to know what the words in the source refer to?

I unscrambled the words in the source, I have no idea what to do on the main page with the pictures though.

Copy-paste the picture into Paint and use the bucket. You'll see the name of the building.
