Argh...now I cannot get the user/pass window to come up any more. I know what they are, but how do I get to 10 since it gives me a "Don't try guessing, go back" message?

Yes, that's a usual problem in this game. Just bookmark the link, close the window of your browser, clear your cache and open a new window with the bookmarked link.
