ughhhhhhhh, 42 is driving me insane

Once you get here Mistery that will be four of us working on 42. We should definately be able to crack it. It looks so simple and yet it is so very hard. I tried the other idea I sent you sammy using the inventors name to assign letters, ignoring the last two numbers. Once again it didn't work. I am really grasping here.

but then again the simplest ones are usually the hardest, somehow the answer is staring us right in the eye

i thought because it is level 42 that the answer would be the 42nd number but that didnt work either
i also tried changing the numbers yoiu gave me a bit jack, as even though the number you have as 1 is the first of that sequence, it isnt the 1st number of the complete sequence, if you can understand what im trying to say

Hi guys--
*sigh* sometimes I wonder why I am playing this game--it infuriates the hell out of me lol
I am on 25--and just finished doing more damn calculations than I did in college--I think I am doing great--then hit a brick wall -- HARD

I did the calculations for the numbers next to the pic and I get a 6 letter word woohoo I think I am on right track- WRONG! The last four calculations do not translate the same way-- I can uses binary on 2 of them (thought it might even spell out the extension we use in the source - NO

I feel like I am so close..and want so badly to do it without help but here I am -- like a crackhead begging for a fix. *double sigh*
