The letters are scattered all over right, they are different lengths away from each other. Read carefuly what it says at the bottom and apply that to your 'jumps'.

hi all! back again and still stuck on 11. where it says "call the sherriff". Zero is not a number and i'm looking for a picture. I get the second clue but the first one is throwin me off.
