I know who he is and i thought i knew the code but it doesn't work. Whats the the upper case and lower case letters on part 1?

I think i have it but not sure yet.

Well that's what i can't understand. I'v used several sites with cesars code but it doesn't give anything understandable.
The only one that mentions that can use capital letters-as for the key itself -is the viginere ciphers but as i told you i'm stuck. Well i'm lying, i'am trying to learn all about it.

Anyone on 20? I have a good feeling i am doing the right thing but just can't get a logical answer.
