No idea what to do with the letters in the source.

Oh, i got another page! but not solved yet.

When you find the source of the problem,try shifting the letters using a common cipher.
Be careful not to discard the right one because it's got letters in it which should be another letter.
You'll see what i mean when you get it.
Maybe you already have it! If so, ignore this.

I inverted the colours, but it didn't help me much...
