Edit: I am counting ciphers out for now.
There I thought I have a very good idea, but it didn't work out in the end. I better give it a break. Perhaps it will give me some fresh ideas.
But if anyone can share me a hint, please do!

it is hard to hint without telling the actual answer
I will only tell you this:

treat each line seperately, and figure out how to get a letter from it

Lol, that is what I have been doing for hours long. But now I think of it there is one thing, an actually quite simple thing, I didn't try.

@Npfan, thank you for your hint that made me learn about a kind of cipher method I never heard of before. However your hint made me think there was more to it than it was, it at least limited the possibilities and it confirmed I was on the track track with my basic idea. Clever and original level. I liked it a lot!
@Shaharc, thank you for your hint that brought the right method to my mind immediately. However I am sure some good sleep helped as well.


EDIT: I know 59 with the love letter should be easy, but that doesn't count for me.

Basically I have been counting every ##th letter, with and without spaces, with and without punctuations, but that didn't work out.

EDIT: Thank you for your PM, npfan. If I understand correctly I am making it unnecessarily complicated. I will look at the level again after some sleep.

EDIT: Alright, I am seriously stumped.

I know the answer is in the source but censored with asterisks. But still I am clueless what the answer could be. I am not even sure if the answer is the hidden love note or the method to read it. I am not counting out that the answer is a well known phrase, but even knowing the first and last letter doesn't help me.

So that leaves me stuck for more than 24 hours on a level no one had any troubles with.

EDIT: Got it! I can't believe it was that simple, and even more it took me so long before I saw it, hehe.

I am seriously stuck on 60.

I have 5 in between/travel pages, and have the first word. But I can't figure out the second word. I picked letters from 5 urls in certain sequences, rearranged them differently, but without result. I checked all the sources to see if there was something differently, but I couldn't find anything. I too googled keywords from the school board, but that seemed to be a waste of my time.
