But I first have to get unstuck on 114. Many possible connections, but none leads to the answer.

Now feeling dense of 119.
Edit: Solved the positive levels, but no idea how to proceed. I don't see any hints to to get to the negative ones. I tried random some more or less obvious things, but without luck.
Edit: Lol, I didn't tried one thing. Onto level zero..

@Npfan, this was the meanest riddle level I EVER encountered. I hope you will be less mean on the other levels, otherwise I am afraid the white coats will get after me...
