HOLY ...! I just logged in to Yahoo! and saw over 500 hits today and 784 hits yesterday and the site being down 30 times this month!

I am definitely going to get a much stable server...yet still free.

For level 4, just look closely...

Everybody, levels 1-19 have been moved to Freewebs. If you were stuck on any levels in between, just change "geocities" in the URL to "freewebs" to be back to where you were.

If you have already past 19, it's still under geocities domain until further notice.

You have decoded it correctly.

However take a look at the rules on the first page how you have to enter the solution in this case (look also at the source for a hint).
