get the letters from both sides e.g.
S<==D==>F etc. etc. it may help you

"Directional Thinking" is making me go crazy! I thought that the left and right arrows by the side of the letters mean that

you should take the left-side letters for the left column letters and right-side letters for the right column letter. That way I got
