Ok Ive tried going to the ***e p***, and nothing. Ive tried comparing the one pic with the info on Wiki, and nothing. Ive tried various foms of the title of the level and still nothing..Hmmmm.. could I get a small hint? plz?

I got the source clue and have been trying different formats that have to do with time and date from ******* (the place that made the item in the pic)..am I way off? Can I get a hint to steer me in the right direction?
