Dracula's riddle

Ok, seems like I'm the only one who has had problem with this and I'd really appreciate some hints...

I've come as far as to the Jam Wasteland, and solved the matrix riddle, but after

downloading the zip-file with the video, watched it, and then typed in the name that a guy in the video has in his face

I get to a page asking me "who is she?".

I've googled on it and found out that she is the godess of hate in greek mythology, but "godessofhate.htm" does not work.

I've tried millions of different variant on this, but no luck...

Have you typed the text on the picture?

After you'll type that...
You'll notice a black page with a one word there...
Look at the title bar and you'll see a country...
then you can get the answer by typing the translation of the text in that certain country on the title bar...

but we saw this picyure before in the third hall
didn't we?
does this level has any relation with that level???
