How will Dvorak help you solve the riddle?

Kahlad-Thanks for responding to my post. I just came back to this riddle after a bit of a break and I am still unable to get the other picture.

I have tried

various combinations of the first pic name with htm and even changed the letter after the hyphen to go to the next one

I am feeling kind of dense! would you mind pming me?

but I've gotten past the Britain part and am trying to figure out the numbers that I'm supposed to transpose according to a hint on The Stairs and am trying to learn about Bram Stoker and what number to used from that.

Am I just overthinking again? I got this info from the Riddlefanatics forum.
