At least some of them are can be found by googling.That's what I did.After that I used a crossword solver.It works

how can i make them into letters.. to numbers or vice versa... dont have any idea especially with those with phrases....

google them.Like we do all the time.For example;one with the numbers only.Just google you will see what is that

EDIT:- More help - Every clues answer is a number.You will find that number on the main page's JPG and it's letter equivalence.

that's the problem i dont know which one to be googled....

and you should get letters first and then make them into letters from the ones in the pic (the numbers you get have to be in the pic)

i assume u used the numbers in the top and the bottom, then its just to get the letters where the lines cross
