Level 70

Well, now I'm stuck here... been working on this one for 2 days with no luck. I have tried many things and many combinations of numbers but nothing is working. Can someone push me in the right direction?

I've tried using the "bottom" for length of the bridges, tried using the relics to assign colors to the numbers, tried using the rainbow to assign colors to the numbers, and also all of those attempts in backwards order. Is the bottom the length of the bridges? Does it matter? Are the 1-2-3's the number of lines on the bridges? Do they matter? Is some of this stuff just a decoy? Should I be ignoring one set of the numbers? Or do I have to use both to get to the right combination?

It's all important...the up-sidedown Y is "lambda"...google it and get familiar with wavelength,it will show you the way.

Remind me the hint on the cogs... what does it tell you to do? as far as I can remember you have to

turn the cog that the first column says (latin numerals I=1, II=2 etc) as many times as the second column says, the other cogs turn accordingly (2 neighbooring cogs turn the opposite way) and then read the letter where the thingy points to on the cog the third and last column tells you

That's about it... Hope that helped, but feel free to ask again...

Edit: I've managed #69 now. On to #71 and feeling I'm being misled...

I can make out 5 letters in the picture which spell a word, but I don't know what to do with it. The image is called "misleading". How do I get on..?

The word in the picture appears twice. There's a saying that two ______s don't make a _____. As far as it being "misleading," misdirected is more like it.

Thanks for the hint Mina

I'm having a few problems with level #76 now, if anyone can offer advice please?

I'm confused about how to put the letters into the grids and how to change them. Are they simply anagrams, or am I overcomplicating matters? I can't help thinking I should find another page or image but nothing I've tried so far has had any results.

I can't find anything about this level in the archives, does that mean I'm missing something obvious?
