Read the source code carefully - that is where the clue to how to tell his truths from his lies is


#70 has me going in so many circles I'm dizzy - I can't make head nor tail of what it's asking. I know what the symbol in the bottom of the 2nd image means and tried applying THAT and the source code clues, but I get either too many numbers or not enough - any help would be greatly appreciated ...please
