I am very much stuck on level 28, as are a few others I've noticed. I've taken into account some of the hints and am at a standstill...

Ideas:

Has to do with r0x0r b/c of hint found on level 28's page

I noticed something different between the main page before and after I sign-in (year is different)

I've tried a number of different ideas and I'm still stuck... someone help (that is if anyone gets past this level)!!!
