                        I have half of level 15 but can't for the life of me figure out the other half

                                                    Been stuck here for quite some time. Read the s***** and know that I need a new i******y but so far I am not a very good t***f. And found the h***** w***, but even that hasn't helped. Can someone shove me in the right direction please?
