whee... it's out! started a while back... *yawn* stuck at 14 for about half an hour now.

1. we need the wheels. becoz different mechanisms of those are arranged differently
2. we need the sequence. self explainatory
3. we must be missing an egg

think i'm gonna get a drink, clear my mind for a bit.

I am sooo sorry that I couldn't help you before! but I was sleeping!
I didn't think that level 14 was so hard, if it is I am sorry for that! If you still want to try to solve it, google the following:

simplified "toy" Bazeries cylinder, using only ten discs

Maybe next time (or next riddle) I will make a page only with hints

lol. guess what.. i've been using that. and used trial and error, aka,

i wheeled all possible combinations & anagrammed them

maybe i missed something...
