Well, there are different number system, we usually use the decimal system, but there are also others. You can use the tool I provided or just this one

to change the number into decimal number system first.

Then write down this number as roman numeral (they are I, II, III, IV, V etc.)

substitution cypher (it's invented by Caesar). Google for on online tool to crack it.

It's letters for blind people, you might google to find a chart to convert it to letters.

It says under the level number what kind of code is used. Google on online tool to decode it (you need a key, just try letters).
