Ozchick, for level 14,

look at the top left of the page, google those 2 letters to find out which code it is. Look up what your converted numbers mean in this code system.

ok for 18 take the numbers they give you and write them on a piece of paper now turn the paper upsidedown and i guess you may find out the rest... if not then just write back.

Did you use an online tool to decipher it? If so,

you had to enter a key for the right decoding. And this is the solution.
