I tried to post a new thread, but I wasn't able, so...

I need some help!!!
I'm stuck on level four (Mexico City)!!!
Can somebody tell me what to do with this clue:
"I'm glad you made it here. If you're feeling lucky in this country, you can dodge your way to the 9th state."?
I found that the 9th state is New Hampshire, but when I wrote it down there was this message: "Close, but you're not feeling lucky."
So... Can someone give me a hint? I wasn't able to solve it with the other thread's hints and I don't know how to view the source... My computer isn't in English, so it's difficult to find out!
