Anyone with windows has sound recorder, it is built in. If you don't have windows there are plenty of freeware sound editors. For Windows hit the start button, go to all programs, go to accessories, then go to entertainment. and it is right there.Comment

It should, if you are using cut and paste make sure you change the capital letter to lower case.Comment
