yh on 7 if you highlight the page in the cornor it says the word 'alternate' i dont get it

Look on google for Caesar Shift and the first hit that comes up ..click on it. There should be a little box that you can change to get 9 and then work it out there.

If you can't be bothered with that tell me and I'll PM you the answer.

search on goodle for ceaser shift...click first link, then in the box u can chose a number use number 9//then the letters u were given at beggining of riddle e.g g = p
