I feel ridiculous. It's probably quite obvious.. My thinking so far has been I'm on Level 8 wich is represented as 'sept' presumably an abreviation for September which is the 9th month.. So the month following would be October for which the abreviation is 'oct'.. Someone mentioned that it was in another language so, along the lines of october I tried 'octo' and 'octa' which I believe are latin word roots...

Think of a modern European language.

Sorry, my hints were for level 8 because you thought you were on that level. But you are on level 7 ;-)

That level is the hardest one in the game, at least it was for me.

As in French, I take it? I tried Octobre which is french for October.. And I tried Neuf which is nine I believe?

By the way I assure you I'm not usually this thick...

Does it give any hints at all? There's nothing in the source...

There is something different in the source. Look hard, it helps to have another source to compare it to.

You are on the right track. Just remember that right now you are on level 7.

Well! That made everything a heckuva lot easier. I figured it was something technical..

                                Thanks for the help!
