The cents are the key, look for a town in virginia then use wikipedia. Then use the words Flipmode posted earlier to find a person.Comment

alright ive anaagrammed the cents and got something that i initiallt thought would be virginia but turned out to be nonsense "inlarva" or other combosI made a riddle! Try it here
