I am having problems getting the town though....
from top to bottom I have a 7 letter word starting with V-- which Wiki has never heard of..
If I assume the 1st 2 letters of my word might be referring to the state, and take them out--
Wiki has still never heard of it...
am sure I am missing a step...as usual :/

man, i've needed the hints here for a lot of the other levels, but
holy jhc, i got this one:

the page source has x10^-9, which denotes "nano". now think of what kind of "waves" are that small.

keep the call signs stacked on top of each other in the order from the picture.
The first letter is in the first row, second letter is in the second row, etc.

to help me solve it. Its a good thing because it is a very obscure word. At least I've never heard it before. It does say it is a vocabulary lesson though.

Edit: I just looked up the answer word to find its meaning, and it does relate to the 'devout' clue given in the title bar.

thanks! ended up w/ a "K" for the last letter, but dictionary.com suggested a "Y".
