Got it. Each set of lights is a number. Use the text to find out which number it is. Yellows denote the start of the next number.

I think I am too dumb for this puzzle--
even with Jack's hint above my answers don't work :/

I think my problem lies in the series of 8 lights between yellow...
I have tried entering those as 2 digit numbers and as a single number (the two values added) but either way I take a train ride!
