Can anyone help me with level 19 please? I know what i'm supposed to do & think i'm doing it right but I can't seem to get a word. Its doing me head in!

ok i just started the game again to get to level 7 and i got to lvl 6 , put in the answer and it took me straight lo lvl 9
i dont remember any lvl with that edith woman
send me the link and ill see what the hell is going on
