Fake lvl 45

I'm stuck on the fake lvl 45, i understand that its something about or is no.png and that .png is something for an image but it doesn't work... heeelllpp me!...... pwease?

ok well i have been straight through this forum and i can see that the last post was 3 months ago...is it that everyone finished or noone could get the help they sought. At any rate i am trying for level 36 i have the first part and the second part and have tried a slue of things from the second part as an answer but no luck another forum said something about a THIRD part so i went back and used what i thought would be the usual method to get third part and no luck so what on earth am i not seeing??? Can anyone help me please?
