I'm stuck on level 5.

I'm thinking 26 letters in the alphabet, the answer is 19, 26-19=5, 5 vowels, 19 consonants.

I'm totally lost on this one. Have tried everything. I know it is 45 by substitution. got a set of numbers and went back to those levels for the answers, but still nothing. will someone please help!
