hey i need help on Novacaine...no clue what it could b that starts with N besides numb...what's with the NO in caps

bit on India doesn't help -

I tried different spellings for a phonetic on the next letter in the alphabet with no luck

what the heck is bAdOOT?! I've read the other posts and get that it has something to do with writing it backwards and it's case sensitive, but I can't figure out WHAT to write backwards, never mind the case.
