Level 7 - Illuminate the darkness

Can anyone help me here? I've tried lightening up the picture but I am not seeing anything of use. I only have Microsoft Photo Editor or Paint to work with. Can someone give me a hint as to what I am looking for?

Congrats to everyone who got to the temp end!

I myself am struggling with level 38, second part.

Not all letters appear to be g**** l******, and I am not sure if the grid is a word seeker or something else. The symbols on the top left and the 2 black dots seems to be significant and probably important to get the solution, but I can't make anything of it.

A tiny nudge, please.

Now on 40, and it appears I don't the correct letters.
But I also noticed that

what the pic shows and the version we see is not completely the same. There is a word too much..
But that might be not an issue since we don't use that line.
