Yes, these are helpful, but you haven't find all of them.

Find more clues, google or wiki them, read about it and you then you are stumbling on the answer of the question.

uhhh. i just started playing today..
I'm so stucked in level 8.

I got 4 things in mind right now..
1st, I don't get the GIF thingy.
2nd, Am I the only person who can't understand what that supposed to mean?
3rd, Is ASCII a clue in this? I tried translating the image into ASCII, but still no help.
4th, I read the posts above, it seems that they saw some numbers.. (well, basically, I'm still not there since I'm stuck with the GIF..)

I don't know what you mean with "s****t c**e"

Translate the code in the source to normal english. Make sure you line up the translation the very same as you see the code in the source. Even a space in the beginning matters. Once done all this, read in a different direction than you are used to.

I know this is a big spoiler, but this riddle is not that new anymore and due to the help questions I got for this level a big spoiler seems to be welcome.

the code isn't not the obvious code. Think of another famous code existing of two components. If you know that code, you only have to find out what each type of digits means. Try all opssibities you can think of.
