I made an educated guess on 13f from the answer up to that one. I didn't decode it.

I thought 13g was another vigenere cipher, but what I assumed was the key hasn't worked.

13g is just a ROT or caesar. You don't need to decipher it though.

I think this is a result of bad english in the clues.
