If you piece the puzzle pieces together it tells you the answer, however it must be abbreviated to just three characters.

Still stuck on 31, even with the help of a Dutch speaker I'm still no closer.

I looked at 18iv for a week trying to translate it from some kind of obscure form of shorthand! it seems really simple now that i know what to do.. (and I'm piecing it together right this second)

Dutch is one of the hardest languages in the world. The dipthongs have dipthongs!

me neither...also asked a dutch speaker...at least she mentionend that the letters are correct....i give up....hope that linda answers soon

We've been doing this so long I refuse to give up. We definately need a better hint from Linda or a lucky guess to get past this one.
