starting to feel dense - stuck again on 34

I've combined translated numbers with pic. I now have eight letters which I can't make sense of (plus I've tried translating and applying them again in various ways without success). I'm probably missing something really obvious?

do you know that code? you need 3 letters then do what the page says you want the meaning of those letters

the clue from 43

but this is just not logical for me. I have countless options for the 12 statements and I haven't found anything by guessing, yet.

Edit: aaaaaaaargh, got it - this was driving me nuts for hours, still don't see any logic in it but at least I finally got lucky guessing my way through
